April is a month for integration and embodiment.
Courage
I find the inner strength to face fear with confidence.
You need to remind yourself that part of the challenge of being a soul is learning to honor your own power. By listening to your inner voice and following its advice, you are acknowledging the perfection of your intuition. Fear is only an illusion, and obstacles are great opportunities for you to demonstrate that coming from a place of love will conquer all of fear’s disguises.
Perhaps you are changing career paths or entering or exiting a relationship. This test has been put before you because it is an opportunity to prove to yourself that you, and only you, can make the correct decision. By not taking that step forward, you may find yourself two steps back, only to face the same obstacle again.
So…March.
The Soul’s Journey Lesson Cards oracle is my go-to deck when a little tough love is needed. It’s my go-to deck especially when I myself am seeking a message, or I’m reading for someone, and there’s an abundance of Saturn vibes. The Courage card summarizes the deep dig into ourselves that will be required to integrate and embody the initiations and whatever has surfaced during the month of March as we shift into April. Saturn is working behind the scenes, calling us all into the principal’s office to take responsibility for our actions. Remember, you are the principal.
Here are important dates for the month:
April 7th - Mercury retrograde ends in Pisces and Venus (still retrograde) and Saturn meet up in Pisces
April 12th - Libra Full Moon (8:22 p.m. ET), Venus retrograde ends in Pisces and Chiron and the Sun meet up in Aries - this full moon is RIPE!
April 16th - Mercury returns to Aries
April 18th - Mars returns to Leo
April 19th - Taurus season begins with tension in the skies as the Sun in Taurus forms a square to Mars in early Leo and Pluto in early Aquarius creating a de-stabilizing T-square that adds personal and collective friction to the second half of April - honor deep emotions rising to the surface in the wake of the tensions
April 25th - Mercury retrograde post-shadow ends in Aries
April 26th - Mars in Leo opposite Pluto in Aquarius (grit, tension, power dynamics)
April 27th - New Moon in Taurus (3:31 p.m. ET)
April 30th - Venus returns to Aries
As you can see in the above summary, we’re shaking off the dreamy water this month as all three personal planets (Mercury, Venus and Mars) return to fire signs. We may feel more energized, however proceed with caution and remember the message in the Courage card’s guidance. The cosmic shifts and energies occurring this month will be incorporated into my weekly horoscopes, so be sure to stay tuned to the Cosmic Connection for guidance and more detailed information throughout April.
